For people who attended Crawford High School or would have attended if they hadn't
moved -- or just have fond memories of San Diego in the '40s, '50s and '60s.

Check out the Crawford High web site.

If you weren't around in 1967 for Bobbie Gentry's Ode to Billie Joe you won't get this.

No Dick and Jane (or Spot) on this list.  If I had boy and girl twins I'd name them Mia and Liam.  Almost like ZooNooz.

This photo popped up on Facebook this week.  As good a reason as any to revisit the  Campus Drive-In page. Grab your popcorn and click HERE.

I forget the backstory on Marta Buchinger '71.  I think she came to Crawford from another country, perhaps speaking little English.  San Diego's Junior Miss got a full page in the January 15, 1971 Evening Tribune.  Click HERE to peruse the article.

In 1956 -- 70 short years ago -- Mr Goldsmith took his Montezuma students to visit Miramar Air Station.  Click HERE to read all about it -- and see if you're in the picture.

They had a car show in the parking lot of the Old Folks' Home last year and I decided to have my picture taken in front of this '53 Chevy Surf Wagon.  Click HERE if you'd like to read the John Fry Year in Review
