Someone on Facebook said this was Santee. Someone who knows cars and license plates can put a date on it. I just like the rich color. It looks like the photographer has tossed his jacket in the back seat and climbed up on the roof with a Speed Graphic in one hand and a fill-in flash with the other. Ernie Cowan probably knows what's going on here.
