Holy Cow!!! The 50th Anniversary Reunion of the Class of '61 promises to be something special. It's going to take place on October 15th at the Westin Emerald Plaza Hotel in downtown San Diego. I think it was once known as Shapery Emerald Towers, because Sandy Shapery '61 was responsible for its construction. There won't be zero comments about the Class of '61's Fifty year reunion long! Truly this class Reunion will never be "Topped". Sandy's generous offer to host a pre-reunion Cocktail Party in the Penthouse will give a wonderful opportunity to renew memories that have lasted a lifetime. We were so young and could not have comprehended that "The world was ours."
