For people who attended Crawford High School or would have attended if they hadn't
moved -- or just have fond memories of San Diego in the '40s, '50s and '60s.

Check out the Crawford High web site.

The Indian Hills Community Center funny signs are back

Raquel Pomplun is the niece of my lovely '62 Crawford classmate Mary Pomplun. As God is my witness, I was not trolling the Playboy web site.  I'm troubled, though, that my computer might be reading my mind.

Gary Mitrovich '76 posted this great streetcar photo on his City of East San Diego Facebook page.  I I was able to enlarge it and read the advertisements.  Click HERE to see what I learned.

This has nothing to do with Crawford or even San Diego.  It's Alioto's Restaurant on Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco in 1962. I couldn't resist the color photo of cars from the '50s.

I haven't received any emails on my Thunderbird account in two days.  If you've tried to contact me and haven't heard back, that's probably why.  Try Johnfry1@icloud.com
