For people who attended Crawford High School or would have attended if they hadn't
moved -- or just have fond memories of San Diego in the '40s, '50s and '60s.

Check out the Crawford High web site.

HB?  Oh, NOW I get it!  Someone was too lazy to actually type out Happy Birthday in a recent email.  I KNEW I didn't know anyone named TY.  Turns out a lot of folks didn't have time to spell out Thank You.  You're welcome.

Onward and upward!

Remember when Mom said "Eat your food -- little children in China are starving"?

I'm not always a Jeff Foxworthy fan, but this cracked me up.

From the November 11, 1958 Evening Tribune.  I wonder how many Colts had Coach Sams.

From the March 15, 1964 Evening Tribune.  Wayne was Class of '59 and this will be the second news clipping we've added to the Wayne Lenox page.  Click HERE to take another look.

We're adding another photo to what I call the Torrey Pines page.  If you haven't seen it before, we've got photos taken from this general site going back to the '20s.  Click HERE and enjoy.

Star Beverage brewed 7-Up at this location from 1931 to 1961.  Do you recognize it?  I've paired it with another El Cajon Blvd photo.  Click HERE to check it out.

Kathy Taylor ’68 passed away September 10, 2025.  She was born in Long Island, New York and moved at the age of 15 to sunny San Diego. Looks like she made good on her dream of attending UC, getting a degree in Social Science at Berkeley and a Masters from USC.  She was a member of the Crawford Alumni Foundation for 15 years and had served as the Special Projects Chair.
