Robert Juel Obituary

Crawford math teacher Robert Juel died on December 9th.  Click HERE to read what his daughter Connie Juel '67 wrote about him.

    I was very sorry to learn of Mr. Juel's passing.

    What a fun person and superb teacher. I had Mr. Juel for 11th grade Plain and Solid Geometry. One day, he started talking about teaching Japanese martial arts to the military. As one of the class cut-ups, he decided to show his abilities and selected me to come to the front of the class. I think it took about 2 seconds for him to have me on the floor, albeit somewhat gently. No one ever doubted who was in charge of the class after that.

    My deepest sympathy to his family.
